Founded in 2025 by Preston Robert Connell, Preston R Connell Plastering reflects a strong blend of tradition and modernity. Born in San Francisco in 1992, Preston is a sixth-generation plasterer. He grew up in Huntington Beach and moved back to Northern California in 2014 to combine his family's legacy with contemporary plastering methods.

Preston’s great great great grandfather Patrick Connell started Connell & Sons Plastering in San Francisco circa 1876. He was taught everything under the sun as far as plastering goes by his father, Frank Connell. He was shown old school work ethic and how to always give 110%.

Preston is incredibly grateful to have found his passion in gypsum and cement and he strives to be the best, both in craftsmanship and in business. In Preston’s free time he loves spending time with his wife and dog, going kayak-fishing and working on his homestead in Mendocino, CA.
